Divers Reef Karachi – Registration Form
Registration with Divers Reef Karachi (DRK) is based on the following rules and regulations:
- I am above 20 years old. If I am under 20 I will need to show written consent from my parents saying that they take full responsibility of me going with DRK on any adventure.
- I understand I am responsible to pay all fees, fee is non-refundable and must be paid by cash.
- I understand that I must provide my own transportation to site.
- I understand the schedule times may vary.
- I understand that I must attend the scheduled day for trip or risk losing my seat.
- I give permission to use my name and likeness in promotional materials.
- I will listen to DRK instructors at all times.
- Registration is free.
